HueMood ("we", "our", or "the app") is a color extraction tool for iOS. We built HueMood with privacy as a core principle — your photos and creative work stay on your device.
🔒 All photo processing is done entirely on your device. No images, color palettes, or personal data are ever uploaded to our servers.
HueMood does not collect, store, or transmit:
HueMood requests access to your photo library solely to allow you to select images for color extraction. Photos you select are processed locally using on-device algorithms and are never transmitted outside your device.
You can revoke photo library access at any time in your iPhone's Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.
HueMood offers an optional subscription (HueMood Pro) managed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit framework. We do not process payments directly and do not receive your payment information.
Purchase history and subscription status are handled by Apple. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle transaction data.
Any data generated by your use of HueMood — including saved color palettes and app preferences — is stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults and app sandbox). This data is not accessible to us and is not backed up to any external server operated by HueMood.
If you enable iCloud Backup on your device, this locally stored data may be included in your iCloud backup as part of the standard iOS backup process, governed by Apple's privacy policy.
HueMood does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries. The only third-party service involved is Apple's StoreKit for subscription management.
HueMood does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require account creation or personal information to function.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
